The Thank You Wall

We're just moving into our new office, and second thing I've put into place after setting up my desk is the Thank You Wall.

It's something to remind us of the privilege we have to help people. It's a never forget statement, and remember those who needed help. Kind of never forget to be a servant - statement.

In honesty it represents about 5% of the things we've done over the years, but these expressions of thanks mean the world.

When days are long and tiring, when things don't go right, when things go completely wrong. When someone has a go at you etc. etc. In those deflating times, I just stand and read a few cards, remember the path of the journey until now, it gives me the lift I need to go on.

That is the power of a thank you.
